The Cessna 172. The airplane is aesthetically
pleasing and has many upgrades that make it hard to beat. Options/upgrades include a freshly overhauled (Dec 2008) RAM corporation 160 HP engine conversion, Power Flow Exhaust system, North Star M1
Navigator, Garmin 496 with Terrain and Airspace alerts, Long Range Fuel Capability (845 Miles!), Overhead Sky Windows, IFR
Certification, and more. Since you will have a member exclusive use of this
beautiful aircraft, you can say good bye to renting heavily used aircraft.

TheCessna 310.
The Cessna 310 is not just painted up, it is an actual former U.S. Air Force U3A with modern updates and Garmin panel. The 310 features an advanced multi function display with terrain and obstacle aviodance, synthetic vision, XM Satellite Weather, Graphical Metars, Echo Tops, Winds Aloft, Fog Alert, FAA approved Electronic Approach overlay with altitude alerts, moving map, flight planner with weather, and Sprint phone service on the ground. It also is equipped with a Garmin 430, Garmin Audio with input, XM Audio, Garmin transponder and dual glideslopes. The 310 is primarily used for mentoring aviators who are career bound. Standard Operating Procedures. Our SOP, Flows, Profiles and
Procedures are adopted from commercial airline flying and constantly upgraded and updated
to meet the highest standards of safety in all areas of operation including, crm, crew/passenger coordination, aircraft operation
profiles, ground safety, runway incursion avoidance, and collision avoidance.
Emergency equipment is also provided for all members use. #4
Training Syllubus and Resouces. Although not
required, we follow and document all flight and ground training according to a
part 141 training syllabus. We have an extensive book and video library
available for members. #5
Scheduling. We
have an Internet based scheduling interface that incorporates scheduling rules
applied equally to all members. This promotes fair scheduling for all. We will
never have more then twenty members so you can be assured that you will be able to
make a reservation. This is not always the case at flight schools. Getting their aircraft for a weekend getaway might be next to impossible. #6
Quality. Although Cessna quality is legendary; we always do 100 hour inspections. Our aircraft is always kept in a hangar. #7

2008 Fly Kalamazoo, LLC Fee Schedule
This fee structure includes all management, registrations, filings, scheduling, maintenance, storage, insurance, customs, and administrative costs. Our insurance policy covers the club with one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) in liability coverage as well as coverage on the aircraft hull. A copy of the current insurance policy will be provided to you at the time of purchase. Payment plans and financing are available for share purchases through Portage Commerce Bank.
